BPO meaning – BPO stands for business process outsourcing, there is a common myth that BPO is a call center, BPO is the outsourcing someone for the specific task of any business to a third party are Business Outsourcing Process. Many people take it as a good priority to work because it fulfills the primary productivity in humans. Although it assumed to be appearing for a BPO Interview is difficult because it is the starting phase of your career, so we need it to crack the interview in any manner. So, I am sharing some specific questions and answer that help you to clear BPO interview in an easy manner.

1.Tell me something about yourself?

Well, i am Juhi, born and raised in Bihar, I had completed my schooling from STPS Dhaka and intermediate from SNS college motihari, I had completed graduation from Delhi University, I have 2-year working experience in Innova as a technical support officer, My hobbies cooking, dancing, In my family, we are 5 members, me, my parents and my elder brother. My strengths are my parents, friends. My role model is my parents. My short-term goal is to start a job in a reputed company. My long-term career goal is to get an honored position in that organization. That’s all.

2. Why do you want to join BPO?

As a fresher, I need a platform to enhance my skills and knowledge. Your company is one of the best BPO. So, it is a golden opportunity to start my career. I want to join BPO because I want to always serve the people and BPO is right platform who can directly connect to people and I think it is a golden opportunity to serve the people

3. Why should we hire you?

As, I am a fresher, I do not have any experience but the required skills for this job are matching with my skills. I need a platform where I can explore and enhance my knowledge resulting in the growth of an organization and simultaneously the growth of my career.

4. What is the major difference between shore and offshore outsourcing?

The major difference between shore and offshore is easy when any specific project or work is been allotted outside the country and not nearby it is known to be as offshore outsourcing and however if anything is outsourced within the country then that will be sheared outsourcing.

5. What are the different types of BPO?

Most people don’t aware about BPO classification and think it as a call center one, but the fact is outsourcing a process hold different aspect The different types of BPO are:-

Tech Support Department
Purchase Department
Administrative Department
Back Office
Selling Department
Call Centre

6. Are You Comfortable with the shifts and as well night shifts?

When it comes to the shifts then a person who is willing to work in a BPO Sector and also well prepared to crack down the Interview should not lack behind by saying the direct answer.

7.Why do you see BPO as your Career?

You can answer this question by BPO has always been a career opportunity for me as you are exposed to a new field, wherein a person can develop the personality and communication skills. Apart from it BPO is a well-diversified Industry.

8. Why Companies Outsource?

Companies outsource because it is cost-saving and focus on core activities leading ahead to get quality work done by the expertise in that domain.

9. What is the difference between hard work and smart work?

According to me, both hard work and smart work to give the best result.
But without hard work, not possible smart work, because;
Hard work always gives you experience.
Smart work comes with slowly and gradually with experience.

10. What according to you makes a call center successful?

A call center handles a large number of incoming/outgoing calls on a daily basis. A successful call center is marked by the happiness and satisfaction of not just the customer but also of the employee. Clear communication, successful handling of calls, a good relationship between managers and co-workers, incentives for employees, motivation to work, etc. are some of the key features of a successful call center.
