Acrophobia is nothing but irrational fear or phobia of heights or you can simply say that fear of heights

Sometimes This fear displays itself in multiple forms. many times when you stand on top of the building and see the vision towards the glass, at that moment it’s going it appears like you are going to fall.

Most of the time individuals with acrophobia often try to avoid entering high-rise buildings or any activity that is related to a height even if they try to right elevators

Due to acrophobia, people get heart attacks or panic attacks, sometimes even I have seen people swinging at the top even though they have lost their life.

Acrophobia has been found among 2-5% of the world population as per the WHO report. Also, statistics show that women are almost twice as likely to have Acrophobia as men.

Acrophobia or fear of heights is a natural fear of falling or being injured, It’s normal for people who have some hesitation about being in high places, It is a fear of unrealistic and excessive.

like other phobias, it appears a hyper-reaction of the normal fear response, some expert believes that this is due the past bad experience that happens during the traveling high.
